Sweeping into Boston to attend a wedding, this couple (currently living in Chicago) wanted to commemorate their BU love story with Boston centric engagement pictures. So they booked a portrait session with me while they were in the city. We started the shoot at the steps where they kissed for the first time. And they kissed again. And again. It made an easy start for the afternoon. Blessed with unseasonably warm weather (and didn't we have a gentle fall this year?) we hit the campus and then walked up and down a veritable memory lane: first dates, regular and late night walks, old apartments. I was privy to the beginnings of a wonderful relationship that began platonic and evolved into a deep romance.
Love that Packard's corner was a spot they requested. Now that's a classic Boston location for sure. They also introduced me to the Amory Woods - which had a gorgeous classic structure that we nipped into for a bit.
